On August 6th, 2025, our group undertook a surprise visit to ensure that the educational materials provided were being properly distributed to the children, confirming that the resources reached their intended recipients. During the visit, we also explored a newly established facility called Anusuyatmaja, situated in Igatpuri. This residential school is specially designed to support mentally challenged girls and boys, as well as children who are deaf and mute, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment for learning and growth. In addition to these visits, we went to Gharkul Parivar Sanstha, where we had the opportunity to purchase a variety of innovative handmade articles crafted by mentally challenged women. These unique creations were intended for Raksha Bandhan, symbolizing both creativity and empowerment. The entire experience was deeply inspiring, highlighting the importance of supporting inclusive education and encouraging the talents of differently-abled individuals in our community.
